Our Kind Connections initiative was founded to allow people to connect and build meaningful relationships in their local community, and provide a peer support network that shines a light during our darker times. Please get in touch if you would like to get involved in any of the following activities in the community.

CONNECT SOUTH LANARKSHIRE
Male Support and Suicide Prevention Group
This is a peer support group for men based in the East Kilbride area. We facilitate a variety of wellbeing initiatives and provide a safe environment for men to share how they feel and get support. We support men to navigate some of the challenges they may be facing including trauma, addiction, fatherhood, loneliness, anxiety and depression.

THE VETERAN E.R.V
Veteran Peer Support and Suicide Prevention Group
This is a veteran peer support group to help veterans stay connected and get the support they need to integrate into our communities. We facilitate a variety of wellbeing initiatives and provide a safe environment for veterans to share how they feel. We support veterans to navigate some of the challenges they may be facing including PTSD, addiction, loneliness, anxiety and depression.
