INSPIRE AND EDUCATE

Mental Health Through an Attachment Lens

Our SQA and Ofqual Regulated training courses are designed to give individuals and communities the knowledge to identify when someone is potentially suffering from a mental health condition, and the confidence to open meaningful conversations to help that person. We cover a range of topics during our courses with additional information on how mental health conditions can develop through our experiences. We also cover the practical steps we can take to create a culture that promotes the wellbeing of our families and communities.
