Inspire. Educate. Empower.

Mental Health Through an Attachment Lens

Our SQA and Ofqual-regulated programme strengthens people’s confidence to recognise when someone may be struggling with their mental health and to offer safe, meaningful support rooted in compassion and understanding.

We deliver professional learning that is grounded in evidence, shaped by attachment and neuroscience, and always led with humanity.

Guided by Kindness.
Grounded in Evidence.

This programme invites learners to dive deeply into mental health through a lens of kindness, compassion and love. With these values guiding us, we explore more than just the information and science that informs mental health, we weave it through storytelling and lived experience so that our learners feel it. Everything we teach is rooted in understanding people, strengthening relationships and creating environments where everyone feels seen, supported and safe.

Understanding People, Minds and Experiences

We begin with the human story behind mental health, a deep exploration of how our relational experiences shape the brain, the body and our relationships.

Conversations Guided by Compassion

We explore how to approach someone with compassion, clarity and attuned communication. The kind of conversations that make people feel less alone.

Creating Culture Where People Feel Loved

We look at how teams, schools, workplaces and communities can nurture environments where connection, belonging and emotional safety are at the centre.

What You'll Learn and Why It Matters

Our training brings together mental health understanding, attachment science and brain development to help people see how experiences and relationships shape wellbeing throughout life.

Learners explore how to recognise when someone may be struggling, how to approach them safely, and how to open meaningful, compassionate conversations that genuinely support recovery and connection.

Through practical tools, real-life scenarios and an attachment-informed lens, we help individuals build the confidence to “reach in” rather than wait for someone to reach out. Participants also gain a deeper understanding of how the brain develops through childhood and adolescence, why relationships matter so much, and how mental health difficulties can emerge over time.

Our training goes beyond awareness. We provide practical steps to help schools, families, workplaces and communities create safer, more compassionate cultures where wellbeing is protected, stigma is reduced and people feel supported long before crisis.

Ruth MacKillop, Young Person

“Thank you so much for this opportunity! My eyes have really been opened, and I know how to help others much more, and how to recognise if someone maybe isn’t coping well."

Amy Struthers, Teacher at Larbert High School

"Really in depth understanding of brain development and how this impacts behaviours in later life. Really good to develop a network and have honest discussions with those within school and collective contribute to an understanding around breaking stigma.."

Mark Freeman, Teacher at Calderglen High School

“One of the best training sessions I’ve been on. This should be a key part of teacher training…”
