Schools and Local Authorities

We work with schools and local authorities across Scotland and the UK to support young people, strengthen staff confidence, and build a more connected, compassionate learning community.

Our approach nurtures human relationships, integrates trauma-responsive practice and is deeply rooted in attachment science. All delivered in a way that fits with the rhythm of school life.

Whether it is The Bothy, SQA Mental Health learning programmes or Dare to Venture, we walk alongisde your team to create meaningful and measurable impact.

Measuring Impact

Evidence you can trust. Impact you can see.

Through our Connectedness Tracker, we capture the impact of every initiative, providing partners with clear, meaningful evidence while they focus on nurturing relationships and supporting their community.

Young Person, The Bothy

“The Bothy has changed my life. I hated school and just couldn't deal with a lot of things I had going on but now I can go back to my classes and starting to trust some teachers with what is going on in my life."

Paul, Mental Health Ambassador

"I had no idea this training would change the way I see, treat and help other people. I didn't think mental health was that important. Or relationships. Completely changed me, and now I'm leading mental health sessions at lunch time for other pupils in my school. Thank you for bringing this knowledge to me.”

Mary Kerr, Quality Improvement Officer - East Dunbartonshire Council

“The work that Be-inn Unity has done with schools in our local authority has been transformational. Staff, pupils and their families are all benefiting from this and you can sense it in the schools. It's real. It's raw. It's palpable.”
