We want to live in a world where there is no social stigma associated with mental health and every individual has a meaningful relationship within their community that promotes wellbeing.

OUR PURPOSE

We are a Social Enterprise who exist to inspire and educate communities so that individuals are empowered to thrive. We work in collaboration with a variety of communities and provide opportunities for growth and wellbeing.

We know that opening up can be difficult and have created emotionally safe environments for people to share. We facilitate a variety or mental health and suicide prevention peer support groups that puts relationships and connection first.

Organised Access to Outdoors

We believe in the power of connecting with nature. We facilitate a range of activities that provide communities with the opportunity to access the outdoors, and can even provide essential clothing/equipment required.

COMMUNITY TRAINING

First Aid for Mental Health Through an Attachment Lens

We believe everyone deserves to have support when they are struggling and we know how difficult it can be to "reach out" and ask for help. We want to give our communities the knowledge, skills and confidence to "reach in" and give support.

We currently deliver SQA and Ofqual regulated training to:

  • High Schools (Pupils and Staff)

  • Organisations

  • Open Public Courses
